My Ode to Nothing!

Nothing is always forgotten
Its presence, or lack thereof
Becomes bullied by Something

When Something sees that
Nothing is there
Something wants it
Something craves it!

The Abhorrence of Nothing
Overpowered by Something

Something always wants
What Nothing has
The endless cycle
Of occupying space and no space

Nothing has lived longer than Something

Before life, before time,
Nothing
Not even respect.

Lest we forget
That it is through Nothing
That we can have Something
Nothing uses the spaces which Something does not want,

Yet
